The Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA) is an independent government agency that regulates the New Zealand real estate industry. Their job is to promote a high standard of service and professionalism in the real estate industry and help protect buyers and sellers of property.
“We provide information for buyers and sellers, provide guidance for agents and deal with complaints about agents’ behaviour.”

In-house Complaints and Disputes Resolution
“Our goal is to give you such a high level of service that the idea of complaints and disputes won’t even cross your mind. Of course no-one can be perfect so should you wish to make a complaint, our aim is to provide a better outcome through our in-house procedures than either party could ever achieve using mediation.” Click Here for the details.
